Meet the Director
Amanda Valentine
Hello,
My name is Amanda, and I am the Director of Wee Care Day Care Longview Center. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 2012. I obtained my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, and continued on to obtain a Bachelors degree in Human Development. I began my career with Wee Care Day care as an Interim Assistant Director at both our Catlin and Kelso locations and have been the Director of our Longview center since May of 2023. Prior to my employment at Wee Care Day Care, I worked with children ranging from birth to age 5 at the Goddard School, Head start, Reggio Emilia School, as well as the Progress Center.
I am very passionate about working with children and collaborating with families to promote growth and development. Outside of work, I enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, working on our farm, and going on adventures.
